Return Policy

You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. Sale items are non-refundable are available only exchange or store credit Returns for shoes: 12 days from the date of receipt only if there is a defect in the shoe, or if they are unworn and must be in original packaging/box. A refund will not be made for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged. This will be checked by To the Max Footwear in Fort Worth Texas.
